In line with our vigorous pursuit of quality service to clients, this department has an initiative to service the various needs of our valuable clients. Technicians in this department are responsible for installing and configuring computer workstations and local area networks, together with operating and monitoring their performances. In addition, the technicians diagnose and solve all hardware problems.

The fundamentals and dynamics of the ICT industry require that all clients’ problems are solved. We at ZARNet continue to pursue and gratify your needs as a problem broker. In this department, installation and configuration of local area data wide area communications networks which may carry data, voice and video communications is our responsibility.

We remain resolutely focused on fulfilling corporate needs and provide installation, operation and network maintenance services, alongside maintenance of routers, concentrators, hubs, switches, modems and other network devices. All these services are performed following predetermined and developed technical plans.

Other responsibilities of the Department include:
• Software Installations, Operating system - Windows and Linux and application programs, i.e. office, diagnosing and solving problems that develop in their operations.
• Respond to user questions and explain the operation of network applications and equipment.
• Cleaning viruses found in computers.
• Resolves service problems for customers at technical support call center
• Promotes and provides excellent customer service to every customer.
• Sets -up Customers’ computers to access the Internet, including email and dial up settings.
• Diagnoses and troubleshoots dial up connection problems.
• Tests customer equipment for defects before and/or after installation process of high-speed Internet.
• Configures equipment, High-Speed Wireless, wired connectivity and fiber e.g. VSAT and Wi - Max.
• Network Security Wired networks in which necessary configurations and policies are adopted on the underlying network infrastructures to protect the network accessible resources
